Club Artisans, supported by The Expat Fairs, is holding the Sustainable Easter Fair at Winestone at Mercure, spotlighting small businesses, artisans, and social enterprises with one common goal: sustainable living. With free admission on 20th April, 12pm to 7pm, visitors will find a gathering of ethical products and gifts to welcome springtime and sustainability into their homes.
Easter brings to mind a new start on life and positive change: the Sustainable Easter Fair is perfect for shoppers who value fair trade and eco-friendly initiatives. The curated range of businesses support the livelihoods of artisans, indigenous peoples, and needy communities. Many of the stylish products are attentive to their environmental footprints; made of sustainable materials, natural fabrics and recycled matter.
Shoppers can enjoy ethical and eco-friendly shopping with fair-trade organic produce and edible treats, statement artisanal fashion and jewelry, environmentally-responsible tableware and home decor, and much more that are not only guilt-free, but also socially impactful.
The Sustainable Easter Fair is family-friendly with planned Easter activities: kids will enjoy a spirited egg hunt complete with prizes, and an engaging art collage session held by Inspired Arts. The fair venue, Winestone, welcomes visitors to dine-in, granting a 25% lunch or dinner voucher, and will have a special Easter platter on the menu for the occasion.
The Sustainable Easter Fair is proud to provide a platform for the charity, Caring for Cambodia (CFC). CFC seeks to support and build the futures of needy Cambodian children through education. Their initiatives focus around improving educational infrastructure in creating stable schooling environments, training teachers, providing educational tools, and removing barriers to learning. We are pleased to support their heartfelt humanitarian efforts in this fair.
The Winestone restaurant’s concept revolves around the key words: simple, attractive, authentic and affordable – perfect for the fair and its genuine, sustainable offerings. Alongside esteemed venue partners Novotel and Mercure Hotels, Club Artisans hopes to support ethical and sustainable living in Singapore with the Sustainable Easter Fair this April.
